The following are the 2026 use fees for our Campground and Retreat Center facilities. All overnight fees are set on a 24-hour basis. Day fees are based on 8 AM - 9 PM. Buildings and Swimming Pool Fees

Daily Fee: $300

9th AVENUE RETREAT CENTER
Nightly Fee: $400
Weekly Fee: $2,000
Includes:
- Sleeps 32 people
- Large meeting space
- Restrooms with showers
- Full residential kitchen
MEYERS LEARNING CENTER
Upper Floor Only:
Nightly Fee: $300
Weekly Fee: $1,500
Includes:
- Sleeps 24 people
- Kitchenette with oven, stove and refrigerator
- Large meeting space
- (2) Restrooms with showers
Whole Building (Top floor plus bunk room on bottom floor):
Nightly Fee: $550
Weekly Fee: $2,750

- Everything included with upper floor
- Sleeps 72 people in total

COTTAGE
Nightly Fee: $200
Weekly Fee: $875
Includes:
- (4) Separate rooms each with (2) queen beds and private bathroom with shower

Swimming Pool
3-hour Fee: $335
Additional Time Fee: $50 per hour after initial 3 hours

PICNIC SHELTER
Daily Fee: $80

Whole camp plus grounds:
Nightly Fee: $1,300
Weekly Fee: $6,500
Includes:
- Use of all buildings on site
- 3 hours per day at the swimming pool (additional time can be requested at the hourly pool fee above)
- Lifeguard provided by Asbury Woods

WEDDING PACKAGE
Fee: $1,500
Includes:
- (2) Day use of the Lodge, (2) nights at the Cottage, Day use of 9th Avenue Retreat Center and Grounds
